How to read this directory
The dual-chamber industry splits into four trades, and most suppliers work in only one of them. Glass and containers houses make the primary packaging itself — the cartridges, syringes and vials with two chambers and a bypass or transfer channel between them. Delivery devices companies build the pens, autoinjectors and reconstitution systems that put the container to work. Components suppliers make the stoppers, plungers and transfer devices that close and connect the chambers. Fill-finish CDMOs fill and finish dual-chamber formats aseptically on behalf of the drug owner.
A fifth group, drug-product systems, is listed for orientation: proprietary dual-compartment presentations already on the market with a specific drug. Glass and containers
